  • What size of jobs do you accept?

    No size of job is too small for The Shred Station. Our facilities are capable of undertaking small, medium, large, and extra large jobs. Our customers range from small businesses to large corporations as well as homes. All our customers are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.

  • What type of material do you shred

    We shred just about anything. Our unique technology is capable of destroying paper, fabric, plastic, electronics and metals.

  • Do you require the papers sorted in a particular order?

    We do not need paper sorted in any form for shredding. All that is required of you is to place all confidential documents in the containers provided. You don’t have to remove paperclips, staples or binder clips. Our shredders can handle all that.

  • How safe is the material scheduled for offsite shredding before being shredded?

    Documents shredded our employees are vetted prior to taking up appointments. They occasionally undergo professional training supported by the professional body.

  • What happens if my console fills up before my scheduled collection time?

    If your container fills up too quickly, just give us a call.  We’ll be happy to schedule an extra collection. If it starts to happen a lot we can provide you with additional containers or increase the frequency of your service.

  • What is the end process for the shredded documents?

    After the shredding process at your site/our facility, the confetti sized pieces are bundled and sold on to local papermills as input into the manufacturing of tissue paper, books, etc.
